4 large eggs
12 large egg whites
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 whole mushroom
1/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 ground pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Dave's Scrambled Egg Supreme

  1. chop onion and pepper

  2. Saute in large fry pan

  3. Mix eggs, salt, pepper, and milk

  4. Combine egg mixture and sliced mushrooms in fry pan and cook until eggs are set.

  5. Top with Cheddar Cheese and enjoy

  6. Makes 4 servings
