Recipe Ingredients for Dave's Raspberry Cobbler

1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups raspberries with juice or water
1/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Dave's Raspberry Cobbler

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl.

  3. Stir in milk until mixed.

  4. Spread in lightly oiled baking dish.

  5. Heat fruit and juice/water; add butter to melt.

  6. Pour fruit mixture over batter in dish.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
