Recipe Ingredients for Daves low fat lower cal cheesecake

4 oz Grahams Crackers
1 tablespoon smart balance light
2 teaspoons Splenda
1/4 teaspoon salt
34 oz Creamy Cheese Fat Free
1 1/2 ounces milk
6 teaspoons flour
2 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup splenda
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 oz Cheese

Recipe Directions for Daves low fat lower cal cheesecake

  1. CRUST - Grease sides of 10 inch cheesecake pan with margarine. Mix ingredients for crust (graham crumbs, margarine, 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt) then press to bottom of pan.

  3. FILLING - Blend filling ingredients (remaining items) well and pour into graham cracker-lined pan. Bake for 25-30 min in 400 degree oven, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes. Coll in refrigerator before removing from pan. Freezes well, wrap well to prevent drying, just thaw in refrigerator.
