2/3 cup egg whites
1 cup raw spinach
1/4 cup mushrooms, raw
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/8 cup Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1/2 cup brown rice
2 slices turkey bacon

Recipe Directions for Dave's Fratatta 2

Saute veggies minus tomatoes. Add in rice. Pour in egg whites and simmer. Add in tomatoes and cheese. Flip, cut in half. Serve
