Full fat, full calorie - world's best cheesecake - no eggs! "Cheese" MUST be dry curd cottage cheese, Deans or other brand. Can use dry farmer cheese as substitute.

Recipe Ingredients for daves cheesecake

7 oz Grahams Crackers
2 tablespoon smart balance light
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
34 oz philadelphia cream cheese
1 1/2 ounces milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 oz Cheese

Recipe Directions for daves cheesecake

  1. CRUST - Grease sides of 10 inch cheesecake pan with margarine. Mix ingredients for crust (graham crumbs, margarine, 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt) then press to bottom of pan.

  2. FILLING - Blend filling ingredients (remaining items) well and pour into graham cracker-lined pan. Bake for 25-30 min in 400 degree oven, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes. Coll in refrigerator before removing from pan. Freezes well, wrap well to prevent drying, just thaw in refrigerator.
