22 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Date Syrup

  1. Soak the dates in 1 cup of boiling water.

  2. After the hour, put your dates in a blender and blend.

  3. Add an additional 1/2 cup of water and blend.

  4. Store in a container in the fridge. This yields 1 1/2 cups.
