Recipe Ingredients for Date Loaf

1 large Egg, Whole
250 grams Plain All Purpose Flour
250 grams Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
1 cup (8 fl oz) Tea
4 Teaspoon(2 g) Baking Powder
175 grams Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Date Loaf

  1. 1) line and grease a 2lb loaf tin

  2. 2) Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C

  3. 3) soak the dates in the cold tea for 2 hours

  4. 4) Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly

  5. 5) Bake in the oven for 1 to 1/4 hours
