Recipe Ingredients for Dar's Low Sodium Chili

16 oz Ground Poultry 97% Lean
2 serving Black Beans - Great Valley Raw
2 serving Baby Lima Beans - Great Value
2 serving Light Red Kidney Beans
3.5 serving Diced Tomatoes, w Basil, Garlic
3 serving Diced Tomatoes, Heinz - no salt added
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Cumin
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Paprika
2 tbsp Chili Powder
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Dar's Low Sodium Chili

  1. Use raw beans - soak overnight -

  2. cook turkey in non-stick pan, add to crock pot, add 2 cups water, the tomatoes, beans, add garlic, chili powder, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper cumin and black pepper and any other seasonings you like.
