Recipe Ingredients for Darla's white chili

16 oz Beans, White, Mature Seeds
24 oz raw chicken, boneless
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
7 oz Green Chilies
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp, leaves Basil, Dried
1 tsp Garlic
2 tsp Chili Powder
3 cube Bouillon Cubes
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Darla's white chili

  1. Pre-soak beans, drain, rinse, drain again

  2. Place in large pan with the 6- 8cups water or as much as desired.

  3. Add onion, chilies, cumin, basil or oregano leaves, garlic, chili powder, and bouillon cubes.

  4. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 45 min.

  5. Brown chicken breast in pan sprayed with cooking spray until brown and add to the soup mixture.

  6. Simmer for additonal 30 min or until beans are tender.
