Recipe Ingredients for Dark Chocolate White Chip Protein Bars

3/4 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup ground flaxseed
7 scoops protein powder
7 cups oats
1 cup powdered milk
1/4 c cocoa powder

Recipe Directions for Dark Chocolate White Chip Protein Bars

  1. Spray pan with non-stick spray.

  2. Sprinkle chips on pan.

  3. Grind half of the dry ingredients in food processor.

  4. Drizzle in corn syrup until dough forms, not too sticky.

  5. Press dough into pan.

  6. Cut into 20 bars and put in baggies.

  7. Store in freezer for 6 months on refrigerate for 3. Store on counter for two weeks.
