This is a really easy, healthy, one bowl recipe. I find that half a Hershey's special dark bar works really well.

Recipe Ingredients for Dark Chocolate Raspberry Scones

2/3 cup oatmeal, dry
1/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup raspberries
20 grams dark chocolate

Recipe Directions for Dark Chocolate Raspberry Scones

  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix together oatmeal, Bisquick, baking powder, brown sugar and milk.

  3. Cut the raspberries in half and stir in to oatmeal mix.

  4. Break dark chocolate in to chocolate chip- sized pieces and stir those in too.

  5. Form in to four mounds on a greased baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
