Recipe Ingredients for Dark chocolate muffins

1 3/4 c oats
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
4 oz Plain Nonfat
1 c hot water
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
32 packets Stevia

Recipe Directions for Dark chocolate muffins

Grind oats in blender. Pour into bowl and add all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips and blend well. Stir in 1/4 cup chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove and sprinkle remaining chips on top; press into muffin. Bake 2-5 additional minutes.
