Recipe Ingredients for dark chocolate cake with buttercream

7 oz Flour
6 oz Becel with Bertoli Olive Oil Margarine
3 oz Sugars, Granulated
3 oz Sugars, Brown
1.5 oz Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
900 grams Becel with Bertoli Olive Oil Margarine

Recipe Directions for dark chocolate cake with buttercream

  1. cream the butter and sugar

  2. whisk in the eggs

  3. fold in the flour and cocoa powder

  4. put in a tin and bake in the oven at 170 degrees (celcius) for around 25-35 minutes

  5. Take out and leave to cool

  6. cut into 3 pieces horizontally and spread with vanilla buttercream
