Recipe Ingredients for Dark Caraway Rye Bread

454 grams
2 tbsp, olive oil
3 tbsp, molasses
3 tbsp, cocoa powder
2 tspn, yeast, activated
5 1/2 ounces, water

Recipe Directions for Dark Caraway Rye Bread

  1. When using bread machine:

  2. Put all ingredients in machine and let it operate as designed.

  3. If you opt to bake loaf in oven remove after the mix & rise cycle. Form dough into loaf, cover and allow it to rise until it has doubled in size.

  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place loaf on baking tray; brush with water or milk to moisten crust. A pan of water in the hot oven will help keep crust soft. Bake for about 25 minutes or until crust is nicely browned.
