This dressing can be used on salads, but I prefer to eat it with cubed or sliced cucumbers! It is very easy to make, and easy on the calories. You can add onion powder if you like.

10 oz fat free plain yogurt
1/2 tbsp dill
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
