Fresh salsa that is great for cooking fish

Recipe Ingredients for Darcie's Salsa Fresca

5 medium tomato
1 large onion
1 poblano pepper
2 jalepeno pepper
1/8 oz cilantro
1 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Darcie's Salsa Fresca

  1. Clean tomatoes and peppers by removing stem and seeds of the peppers. You can remove the tomato seeds if you like.

  2. Halve the peppers and tomatoes and lay flat on a silicone baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes or until the skins of the tomatoes and peppers begin to bubble.

  3. Remove from oven and peel off the skin of the poblano pepper.

  4. Cut tomatoes into quarters, cut up onion into quarters.

  5. Put all ingredients into food processor and use the 'pulse' action until desired consistency.
