Fresh Salmon Salad (from salmon steaks)

Recipe Ingredients for Dara's Salmon Salad

12 oz salmon Steaks
4 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 hard boiled eggs

Recipe Directions for Dara's Salmon Salad

  1. Break up salmon steaks and place in bowl

  2. Chop hard boiled eggs and add to bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Mix together well and re-season if necessary
