Recipe Ingredients for DAOUD BASHA

32 oz Everyday Turkey
0.5 cup Nuts Pine
0.13 cup Tomato Products
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
4 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Lemon Peel
32 oz Tomato Sauce
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for DAOUD BASHA

  1. Combine ground turkey, pine nuts, tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika in a bowl and blend together.

  2. Dip hands in water and prepare small meatballs.

  3. Heat pan with pam and sauté chopped onions until beige in color.

  4. Add meatballs and continue to sauté until brown.

  5. Put the onions, meatballs, and lemon peel in a saucepan, top with tomato sauce, water, bay leaves and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Serve with rice.
