Recipe Ingredients for Dan's Pork and Cabbage

8 oz pork, roast
1 head cabbage
1 onion, small
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cups water
2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

Recipe Directions for Dan's Pork and Cabbage

  1. Cut pork in bite size pieces

  2. Cut onion in half and then in slices

  3. Cut cabbage in small 2 inch pieces

  4. Heat Wok or large pan on medium high until hot

  5. Add olive oil and pork

  6. Cook pork until almost done

  7. Add onion, soy sauce, and water

  8. Bring to boil

  9. Add Cabbage

  10. Simmer until cabbage is as tender as you like
