Hearty meatloaf modified from newspaper recipe -- needs work

Recipe Ingredients for Dan's Favorite Meatloaf

1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Paprika
1.5 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 large Egg, Whole
32 oz raw 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
0.25 cup Butter
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared

Recipe Directions for Dan's Favorite Meatloaf

  1. Set aside hot water, butter, ketchup, and 1 beef boullion cube for basting

  2. Mix all other ingredients except egg in a large bowl

  3. Add egg and mix with hands

  4. Pat into place in skillet or baking dish

  5. Bake 2 hrs @350

  6. Baste every 30 min

  7. Make brown gravy from drippings
