Recipe Ingredients for Dan's Chili

3 onions
1300 grams tomatoes
175 grams kidney beans
2 red bell peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
2 cups frozen vegetables
4 cups brown rice
4 ounces chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Dan's Chili

  1. Saute onions with Olive oil

  2. Add chicken pieces and cook

  3. Add tomatoes and chili powder and seasoning

  4. Add chopped peppers

  5. Add beans

  6. Bring to boil and simmer 45 minutes

  7. Add frozen vegetables

  8. Heat for 25 minutes or until hot

  9. Cook rice

  10. Pour chili over rice
