Recipe Ingredients for Daniyell's Banana Pancakes

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)(118 g) Bananas
180 grams White Flour, Unbleached
1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 dash Salt, Table
8 fl oz Rice Dream Original Enriched
3 serving Vegetable Oil
3 serving Pure Cane Sugar

Recipe Directions for Daniyell's Banana Pancakes

In medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a blender pr food processor, combine the "milk", oil, bananas, and sugar and blend until smooth. pour into flour mixture and stir together until "just mixed" Portion batter onto a hot non-stick pan and cover. let sit on medium heat until the center starts to bubble and become sturdy. flip pancakes over and cook other side until golden brown. Repeat the process. Makes 2 or 4 small pancakes.
