500 g 1% cottage cheese
375 g whole wheat pasta
1/4 cup mint, chopped
3/4 cup Edamame
1/2 cup asparagus
3 tbsp pesto sauce

Recipe Directions for Dani Spies Minty Edamame Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in large pot. With 4 minutes remaining, put frozen edamame and chopped asparagus into the pot with the pasta.

  2. Drain pasta and mix in pesto sauce, mint, and cottage cheese.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and eat.
