1 cup, chopped Dandelion Greens
1 wedge, small (1/8 of small melon) Melons, Cantaloupe
0.17 fruit without seeds Lemons
0.25 apple Mini Chefs Pink Lady Apples
1 cup Beet Greens
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Dandy Smoothie

Put all ingredients in a blender with just enough water to get it moving, blend until smooth.
