Quick, Yummy and Nutritious veggies to spoon over brown rice or Soaked Bulgar Wheat.

Recipe Ingredients for DancingLion's Sauteed Curried Veggies

4 carrots chopped
1 onion chopped
5 cups broccoli
8 oz. Kale
8 oz. collards
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup dried cranberries
8 oz. red cabbage
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Curry Powder
1 tablespoon Cumin Powder
1 tablespoon Cajun Spice

Recipe Directions for DancingLion's Sauteed Curried Veggies

  1. heat oil in a pot

  2. add chop onions

  3. saute' until translucent

  4. add chopped carrots

  5. add all the other chopped veggies

  6. stir in spices

  7. add 1/4 cup of water over the veggies

  8. cover and let simmer over low heat stirring occasionally.

  9. Serve over Brown rice or Bulgar

  10. Also nice with boneless chicken breast cubes if you want meat
