Recipe Ingredients for Dana's Indian Inspired Chicken, Rice, and Bean Dish

6 oz chicken breast
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbs ground turmeric
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1/4 cup broccoli
1/4 cup garbanzo beans
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup diced carrots
1 cup brown rice
1 cup vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Dana's Indian Inspired Chicken, Rice, and Bean Dish

  1. Cook chicken in fry pan. Add tabaco sauce, soy sauce, turmeric and curry along with a little bit of water. When Chicken is about cooked through, add vegetables.

  2. In a seperate pan, cook rice in vegetable broth. Toss in Garbonzo beans when rice has finished cooking.

  3. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
