Good healthy breakfast. Serve with fresh fruiit and plain yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Dana's Baked Oatmeal

5 cups oats
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup flax seed meal
2 cups milk
1 cup oil
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for Dana's Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in mixer with paddle.

  2. Mix oil, milk, and eggs seperatly.

  3. Mix all together.

  4. Spray PAM into 10" x 15" pan or use large muffin tins.

  5. Pour into pan and allow room to rise.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until firm to the touch and golden brown
