Recipe Ingredients for Damn Good Turkey Pot Pie

3 cans Swanson Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
5 carrots
3 potatoes
4 stalks celery
1 cup peas
2 pounds turkey breast
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 white onion
2 tbsp fresh Thyme
1 tsp ground sage
7 Pillsbury Grands! Reduced-Fat Flaky Layers Biscuits
2 tbsp Bisquick Heart-Smart Mix

Recipe Directions for Damn Good Turkey Pot Pie

  1. Chop onion, carrots, and celery; peel and cube potatoes. Use 2 cans of the broth to simmer veggies - cook for 10-15 minutes or until done.

  2. 5 minutes into cooking, add frozen peas, turkey breast (chopped), dried cranberries, Thyme, and ground sage.

  3. While mixture is cooking, whisk the Bisquick into the remaining can of chicken broth. When veggies are done, add the Bisquick/broth and simmer on low for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.

  4. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Pour mixture into a large oven-safe pan. Top with biscuits by peeling each layer apart and overlapping slightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until top is golden.
