Recipe Ingredients for Dale's Homade Pizza

31 3/10 oz. Cheese Pizza , from Von's
4 oz. cheese, grated mozarella
2 links sausage, sweet Italian
1 cup bell peppers, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 1/4 oz. ripe olives, sliced

Recipe Directions for Dale's Homade Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Saute sliced mushroms. Transfer to a small bowl to cool.

  3. Remove sausages from casings, break up and brown. Add to mushrooms and cool.

  4. Chop bell peppers to a small dice or cut into thin rings.

  5. Spread the sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers and olives evenly over the top of the pizza.

  6. Top with more cheese.

  7. Place pizza in a pizza pan.

  8. Bake pizza for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Do no overbake.

  9. Let stand for 2 minutes and then cut into 6 equal pieces.
