Recipe Ingredients for Dale's Fried Potato Salad

1 lb. Red Potatoes, cubed
1 lb. Turnips, cubed
1/4 medium Onion, diced
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
2 teaspoons White Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Dale's Fried Potato Salad

  1. Place the potatoes, turnips, onions and oil in a telfon pan. Add 2 Tablespoons water and cover.

  2. Cook slowly until potatoes are semi-soft.

  3. Remove cover and allowwater to evaporate.

  4. Let the vegetables carmelize.

  5. Add the vinegar and remove from heat.
