Recipe Ingredients for Dairy-free/ Frosting free Cinnamon Rolls

3 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
6 tbsp Butter
1 serving Mashed Potatoes
6 serving Pure Cane Sugar
8 serving Pure Cane Sugar
1 serving Ground Cinnamon
12 grams Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Dairy-free/ Frosting free Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Dough-

  2. 1 packet yeast

  3. 1 1/4 cup warm water

  4. 3 cups flour

  5. 6 tbsp room temp. butter

  6. 1 1/4 tsp salt

  7. 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes

  8. Filling:

  9. 1/4 cup sugar

  10. 1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon ( more if desired)

  11. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional)

  12. 2- tsp of water

  13. In a bowl place yeast, water and sugar and stir to activate yeast. Combine other dough ingredients and blend. Knead dough until smooth. Place in greased bowl and cover. Let dough rise for an hour or until doubled in size.

  14. In separate bowl, mix filling until blended.

  15. Once risen, roll dough out in a rectangle shape to desired thickness. Spread filling evenly across. Roll dough length wise. Cut in 12 pieces with a serrated knife. Place on greased baking pan. Allow to rise for 20 min.

  16. Preheat oven to 375. Cook for 20 min. Brush top with butter once finished if desired.
