New England style clam chowder made with vanilla soy milk rather than milk.

Recipe Ingredients for Dairy Free Clam Chowder

2 cups clams
4 grams (1 packet) sodium-free chicken bouillon (Herb Ox)
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
6 medium potatoes
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp bay leaf (3 bay leaves)
2 1/2 cup Silk vanilla soy milk
4 cups water
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce

Recipe Directions for Dairy Free Clam Chowder

  1. Chop onions, garlic, and celery

  2. Saute vegetables in olive oil

  3. Transer sauted vegetables to crock pot

  4. Chop potatoes and add to crock pot

  5. Add water, thyme, and bay leaf

  6. Add 2 1/2 cups soy milk

  7. Chop clams and add to stock pot

  8. Add fish sauce

  9. Cook for 4-6 hours until potatoes disentigrate
