5 strawberries
1 small banana
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 cup yogurt, activia light
1/2 cup soy milk

  1. cut strawberries and banana

  2. add yogurt, milk and flax seed

  3. add scoop of protein powder

  4. blend until smooth
