Recipe Ingredients for Daily burn Salmon pinwheels and greens

1 lb Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon
2 tbsp Butter (melted)
16 oz Premium Crab Pouch
1/2 cup Minced celery
1 whole Egg
1/2 cup Almond meal
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Dill
4 cups Swiss chard, chopped
2 tbsps Olive oil

Recipe Directions for Daily burn Salmon pinwheels and greens

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare crab stung

  2. first. In a bowl, combine crab, melted butter, lemon

  3. juice, almond meal, egg, and dill. Mix well.

  4. Cut salmon into 4 lengthwise pieces and spread

  5. stung across all four pieces.

  6. Starting with the wider end, slowly roll up each piece

  7. of salmon until the piece forms a round pinwheel

  8. shape.

  9. Place pinwheels in a baking dish and bake for 15 - 20

  10. min or until cooked through.

  11. While pinwheels are cooking, cook swiss chard in a

  12. large skillet over medium high heat. Place olive oil in

  13. the skillet and add swiss chard. Season with a pinch

  14. of salt and pepper, and coat leaves in oil. Cook for 5

  15. min or until leaves are wilted.

  16. Serve pinwheels with greens on the side
