1/2 cup wheat flour
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon instant yeast
1/2 pound white flour
1/2 pound wheat flour
10 ounces water
1 teaspoon instant yeast
2 teaspoons salt

Recipe Directions for The Daily bread

  1. Mix and set first few ingredients over night or a few hours

  2. mix the rest and rise more.

  3. Bake.
