Recipe Ingredients for Dahl

1 cup Red Lentils
25 grams Butter
1 small Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground

Recipe Directions for Dahl

  1. Chop onions

  2. Crush garlic

  3. put it all in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring

  4. Lower heat, cover and simmer til the consistency of porridge.

  5. Stir often to prevent sticking and top up with hot water if it looks dry
