Totally not healthy, but delicious, and I was curious about the calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Dad's Stuffed Meatloaf

64 oz raw All Breast Meat Fresh Ground Turkey
4 cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
2 cup Chicken Cheese Enchilada
4 oz Deli Style Sliced Baby Swiss Cheese
5 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
1 link (7/8" dia x 4" long) Pork Sausage, Fresh
4 serving Egg, Whole
1 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style

Recipe Directions for Dad's Stuffed Meatloaf

  1. Mix the eggs, bread crumb, soup, pork sausage meat without the casing, and turkey in a bowl thoroughly. Take about half and layer it in a deep 9x13 pan.

  2. Layer swiss and mozzarella cheeses on top of the layer of meat. Spread the ricotta on top of the swiss and mozzarella.

  3. Top with remaining meat. Use breadcrumbs as topping for flavor and look.

  4. Bake at 350 for about an hour and fifteen minutes, until firm and juices run clear.
