Vegetable salad that makes it's own natural salad dressing using it's own juices.

Recipe Ingredients for Dad's Salad

1 head romain lettuce, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 cup radishes, sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 avocado, cubed
4 stalks celery, diced
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 cups kidney beans
1/2 cups garbanzo beans
1 cup green onion, sliced

Recipe Directions for Dad's Salad

Stir all ingredients together. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Stir again before serving.
