These are meatballs that can be added to spaghetti, a sub, or just eaten plain. They're very quick. It only took me about 20 minutes to prepare it.

Recipe Ingredients for Dad's Meatballs

1 pound Ground Beef Chuck
1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for Dad's Meatballs

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees

  2. Mix beef, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, and olive oil in a bowl

  3. Make meatballs about 1.5-2 inches in Diameter and put them in a glass dish

  4. Cook for 30 minutes *If using a dark pan it may take less time.
