Recipe Ingredients for Dad's Chili Recipe

33 oz Beef, Ground, 75% Lean Meat / 25% Fat, Crumbles
3 1/2 serving Light Red Kidney Beans
3 1/2 serving Pinto Beans
3 1/2 serving Black Beans
3 1/2 serving Great Northern Beans
1 3/4 cup Chili Beans in Chili Sauce
48 oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice
2 tbsp Molasses
4 tbsp Chili Kit
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Dad's Chili Recipe

  1. Saute onions and green peppers.

  2. Brown beef and drain.

  3. Combine beans, onions, peppers, beef, chili kit, molasses, and V8.

  4. Simmer for about 30 minutes.

  5. Serving size is 1 cup.
