made from scratch. Measure completed dish to make sure equals 17 cups next time I cook this. I had some trouble getting the pressure cooker to come to pressure and I added water to make up for lost steam. Add 1 tsp of salt extra to see.

Recipe Ingredients for Dad's Chili

1 lb Pinto Beans
3 cups water (water soaked up by beans during soaking processes)
5 3/4 cups vegetable juice
2 lbs jennie-o 85% ground turkey
423 1/2 g g) 1.75 cup of Petite Diced Tomatoes
5 3/4 cups tomato juice
10.33 tbsp chili seasoning (1 cup of Williams is the same calorie count)
200 grams yellow onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Pressure cook beans then add remaining ingredients.
