A vegetarian version of my dad's favorite food!

Recipe Ingredients for Dad's Casserole

16 ounce macaroni noodles, cooked
16 ounce condensed tomato soup
4 cups carrots, chopped
8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Dad's Casserole

  1. Cook pasta.

  2. Put in large oven safe dish and mix in condensed tomato soup. DO NOT ADD WATER.

  3. Mix in carrots and half of the cheese. (If you want to take a little bit of the bite out of the tomato, throw in a little brown sugar, too!)

  4. Top with remaining cheese.

  5. Cook in oven at 350 degrees until cheese on top starts getting bubbly.

  6. *NOTE: You can add ground beef or turkey to this casserole, if you so wish!
