Recipe Ingredients for Dads Breakfast hash

10 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
255 grams Beef, Top Sirloin
6 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
8 oz (raw) Chicken
900 grams Egg, Whole
8 oz Fancy Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
2 cup pieces Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Dads Breakfast hash

  1. Dice Potatoes, pan fry in oil of your choice to keep from sticking, also you can add what spices you would like. Potatoes should be soft on the inside and slightly browned and crunchy outside.

  2. Dice meats. Add meats and cook fully, Pork first then chicken and beef.

  3. Add mushrooms and heat to warm.

  4. Add eggs and cook fully.

  5. Add cheese and cover allowing cheese to melt

  6. Serve, and Enjoy
