Light Whole Wheat Bread from Healthy Bread Recipes... but with the addition of flaxseed.

Recipe Ingredients for Daddy's Homemade Bread

1 1/2 cup water
1 tbl canola oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/4 cup bread flour
1/3 cup gluten
1/3 cup golden flaxseed
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Daddy's Homemade Bread

Place all items in the order provided into your bread machine. Turn it on, using the "Basic Bread" mode, 2 pound loaf. Probably need to set for the 'light loaf' so it doesn't cook too long.
