  1. Saute chopped onion, garlic in one tsp olive

  2. oil for 1 minute. Add finely chopped celery, bell pepper, carrots, cauliflower, zucchini squash, tomatoes, chopped ginger and boiled lentils. Let everything boil for 3 minutes,Garnish with cilantro and green chili (optional)
