Quick and Easy Chili. Also calls for 1/4 cup of Whiskey (Optional) I used Makers Mark.

Recipe Ingredients for D Webb's K.A. Chili

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
2 serving Cheese Pepper Jack Spicy Slices
1.75 cup Vegetable Tomatoes Petite Diced
3.5 serving(128 g) Pinto Beans
1.75 cup Vegetable Tomatoes Diced Italian
3.5 serving Kidney Beans
0.5 onion Yellow Onion
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
35 grams Mild Chili Seasoning
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for D Webb's K.A. Chili

  1. 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil in large pan. Add 1/2 onion (Diced) and 1 clove garlic to pan heat till onion is clear in color.

  2. Add Beans, Sauce, Tomatoes, chili powder, other seasonings, and makers to pan and bring to a boil.

  3. Brown beef in skillet add to the large pan and let everything simmer for how ever long you desire. Ready in 30 minutes but I let it cook for 6 hours.

  4. MAKE SURE THERE IS PLENTY OF LIQUID IN POT IF YOU ARE LEAVING IT COOKING WHILE OUT OF HOUSE
