Recipe Directions for D Fried Beans

  1. Drain and rinse all canned beans and peas. Saute onions and garlic with water of 1 tsp of oil in non-stick pan.

  2. You can also use dried onions and garlic powder.

  3. The seasoning I use is a pre-packaged tex-mex (mostly chilli powder and paprika in it).

  4. Add all the beans and saute, turning and mashing the mixture. Don't burn it but it's taste better with a bit of cooking, sauteing.

  5. As long as it's a good non-stick pan all you need is a bit of spray oil or a tsp of oil.
