Recipe Ingredients for Czech Beef/Lamb Meatballs

511 g lean ground beef
708 g lean ground lamb
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 egg
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe Directions for Czech Beef/Lamb Meatballs

  1. Add together and mix all ingredients except meat.

  2. Crumble in ground meat - mix with your hands.

  3. Form into meatballs. Makes around 26.

  4. Bake at 375 (Auto convection bake) for 25 mins.
