Recipe Ingredients for CYT - Chicken Risotto Soup

300 grams Arborio Rice
200 grams Mushrooms
1.5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 large Onions
3 clove Garlic
2000 grams Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
0.5 oz Parsley
1.5 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
200 grams Wine

Recipe Directions for CYT - Chicken Risotto Soup

Grill onion and garlic, then add the risotto rice and make sure to coat in olive oil. Pour in white wine and stir until it's absorbed, then add stock and leave to simmer on a low heat. Separately fry mushrooms and then add everything else (cooked chicken, mushroom, parsley) to the risotto mixture.
