A fast fun alternative to drive thru breakfast sandwiches. Great to put in the freezer and vacuum seal, just leave the egg off or it will be soggy.

Recipe Ingredients for CYT Better for you Breakfast Sandwich

1 large Egg, Whole
1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Extra Lean

1 serving Cheese Sharp Cheddar 2% Milk Slices
1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/4 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
7/10 whole wheat English Muffin

Recipe Directions for CYT Better for you Breakfast Sandwich

Toast muffin, cheese, and ham, then fry tomato in olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, salt & pepper. Then poach egg. Place tomato and egg on top of toasted muffin egg and cheese, top with other side of muffin.
